In 2017, the first private performers began to work in Ukraine. In a short time, the share of successfully executed court decisions increased 3 times compared with 2015. But on the way to the effective work of the "private owners" there are still many obstacles, among which there are 5 main ones.
The National Bank of Ukraine took into account the proposals of the professional community of private performers. This is reported on the website of the Association of Private Performers of Ukraine.
The private executor is not obliged to transfer the executive document to the state executor who opened proceedings against the same debtor.
The issue of jurisdiction of cases of forced entry into the possession of the debtor was clarified by the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, the portal of the judicial authority reports.
